Cash Prize Drawing Official RulesThese Official Rules (the "Rules") apply to the Cash Prize Drawing conducted by MyTripBits.com ("Sponsor") which will be promoted on its website. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Rules.
1. Eligibility
The random cash prize drawing is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old as of date of entry. The prize drawing is not open to employees of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates and suppliers dealing with this drawing or the operations of Sponsor's website, and those domiciled with such employees and members of their immediate family. Void where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law.2. Promotion Period and Deadline
The Promotion Period is ongoing and will continue until further notice. Monthly cash drawings are held subject to the minimum number of eligible entries being received.3. How to Enter and Win
(a) Everyone who completes the mytripbits website feedback survey receives an opportunity to register for the cash prize drawing. (b) Sponsor will randomly select one (1) prize winner from all eligible entries received up to the time of drawing during the Promotion Period.
(c) Neither Sponsor, its clients, nor their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising or promotion agencies shall be responsible for any problems or technical, hardware, or software malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this random drawing, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion, unavailable network connections on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this drawing or downloading any materials in this drawing. Use of automated devices is not valid for entry.
(d) There is a limit of one (1) entry, per valid email address, per eligible person, per 48 hour period. Additionally, non-winning entries from one Entry Period will carry over to the immediately following Entry Period if they have not expired. Non-winning entries expire after 60 days. If multiple entries are received within a 48 hour period, only the first entry will be accepted and additional entries will be disqualified. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by you to obtain more than one (1) entry per day by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods may void your entries and you may be disqualified from the Promotion. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries by you. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.
4. Winner and Prize
(a) At minimum, one (1) cash prize will be awarded with a value of two hundred and fifty USD ($250.00). The odds of winning randomly selected prizes depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Multiple cash prizes may be awarded if the number of entries exceeds expectation. The minimum number of eligible entries required before a drawing will be held in a given month is 300. If the minimum number of entries is not received during a given month, the entries will carry over to the following month.(b) Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to notify the winner by email within approximately seven (7) days of selection. Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry, or a family member of the authorized account holder of the winning entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Failure to respond to prize notification or to execute and return any requested document within seven (7) days of attempted delivery of same, or the return of any prize or prize notification within seven (7) days as undeliverable, may result in the awarding of prize to alternate winner.
(c) All judges' decisions shall be final and binding in all respects related to the drawing.
(d) If applicable, all taxes on winnings are winner's responsibility, and the winner may be required to supply Sponsor with Social Security number to collect prize.
5. Prize Distribution
(a) Prizes will be sent within thirty (30) business days following the end of the Promotion Period. You must have provided an address to which U.S. mail can be delivered.
(b) Sponsor not responsible for lost, misdelivered, damaged or stolen packages.
6. Miscellaneous
a) Subject to all applicable laws in the United States. Void where prohibited.(b) By accepting prize, winner grants to Sponsor the right to use his/her name, likeness, hometown, biographical information, photograph, interview (in whole or in part, whether or not accompanied by other material) and the fact that winner has won a prize, for any lawful purpose, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
(c) By participating in this drawing, all entrants agree to release Sponsor, its clients, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participating in this drawing, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or while preparing for, participating in and/or traveling to or from any prize related activity and claims based on rights of publicity, rights of privacy, defamation or prize delivery. Participants waive all rights to punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages, attorney's fees or any other damages. Sponsor is not responsible for any merchandise defects or malfunctions. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and will not be returned. By entering the drawing, participants agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the judges. Information collected will be used subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
(d) Sponsor may terminate the drawing or any portion thereof or decide to modify it in any manner, which it deems fair and equitable to participants if it becomes aware of any occurrence, which would materially affect the security, fairness or proper play of the drawing. Sponsor may prohibit individuals from participating in the drawing and disqualify entries if they (i) attempt to enter the drawing through any means other than as described in these Rules, (ii) attempt to disrupt the drawing or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Rules in any way or (iii) repeatedly show a disregard for the drawing Rules or act in an un-sportsmanlike manner, or with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or Sponsor. Sponsor's decisions with respect to the drawing are final.
7. Privacy
In connection with the Promotion entry process Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants on the Website in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review Sponsor's privacy policy located at:https://www.mytripbits.com/privacy.html. By participating in the Promotion, you hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy. When you enter at the Website, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional emails and reminders for upcoming promotions and information about Sponsor. Consenting to receive such emails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Promotion and does not improve your chances of winning. Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes your consent to Sponsor's use of your name, likeness, entry, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.Where would you like to go?
